Torcon Names New Project Executives

Torcon is pleased to announce the promotion of Phil Centineo, Jr. and Ryan Dunn, LEED AP, to Project Executive. Both are long-time company staff members.

Phil Centineo, Jr. joined the company in 1984 and has been responsible for all Torcon’s work with The Valley Hospital for the past twenty years. After overseeing capital upgrades at the main hospital site in Ridgewood and projects at several off-site facilities, Phil is currently completing Valley’s new $650 million replacement hospital in Paramus.

Currently in his 20th year with Torcon, Ryan Dunn is a LEED Accredited Professional. He has worked extensively on lab and process facility projects, including the world’s largest high containment lab at Ft. Detrick. Ryan was a key member of the team that helped Torcon establish its operations office in Puerto Rico, overseeing major pharmaceutical production facility projects for BMS and Johnson & Johnson. He most recently completed a new food processing facility for Do Good Foods in Bucks County, PA, and is leading DGF’s national expansion program.
