Torcon Establishes an Independent Fiduciary Board

Torcon is pleased to announce the establishment of an Independent Fiduciary Board. The board will provide objective oversight, ensuring independent judgment and multi-generational continuity. We are confident that their fiduciary guidance will enhance our commitment to integrity and transparency in all our operations.

We are honored to welcome Dena Lund, Bob Murray, Rabih Zahnan, and Peter Pintar to Torcon’s Board of Directors.

Known for her visionary leadership, Dena Lund is a committed and passionate executive recognized for driving growth, shaping long-term strategy, and fostering organizational excellence. Most recently, she served as President & CEO of Anvil Corporation, a professional engineering services firm with offices in five states. Appointed in 2021, she drove growth by doubling revenue from new client types, strengthening margins, enhancing employee benefits, and advancing corporate strategy. Dena holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Colorado and is an active member of the National Association of Corporate Directors as well as a graduate of the Colorado Women’s Leadership Foundation Boardbound program.

Bob Murray, a construction executive and advisor, has been an industry professional for more than 30 years. Prior to becoming a consultant, he was President of BOND, one of the Northeast’s leading construction management and general contracting firms. During his tenure at BOND, Bob held several positions of increasing responsibility and guided the firm through the successful completion of some of the region’s most high-profile projects in both the building and civil & utility sectors. Among his key accomplishments was the implementation of BOND’s formal board structure. Bob holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.

With more than 20 years of experience in construction and real estate across North America and internationally, Rabih Zahnan brings deep expertise in driving operational excellence and developing long-term business strategy. Rabih has extensive background in leading multi-generational family businesses, managing complex succession transitions, and driving growth across a diverse range of industries and geographies. Currently, he serves as President of Wesgroup Contracting in Vancouver, B.C., Canada. Rabih holds an MS in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University and dual BS degrees in Communications and Mechanical Engineering from The George Washington University.

Peter J. Pintar is an accomplished executive and board director with extensive experience leading growth strategies across the energy, construction, industrial, and business services sectors. He has served as CEO, Chief Strategy Officer, SVP–Corporate Development, and Independent Board Director, guiding organizations through market definition, strategic planning, and disciplined growth initiatives. His background includes leadership roles with Newport, Vikor, McKinney Communications, and Whitelake Ventures. Peter holds a BA in Economics from the University of Wisconsin, an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School, and an MA in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University.
