Sam Arabia Promoted to VP

Torcon is pleased to announce the promotion of Sam Arabia to Vice President.

Sam joined Torcon in January 2012 to launch the company’s BIM services group and quickly established himself as a recognized authority in the field. He has led the growth of Torcon’s staff and BIM capabilities to a position of industry leadership.

Over the years Sam has taken on added responsibilities for Engineering, Quality, Document Control, Torcon’s Mentoring program, and new employee hiring. He has also led Torcon’s prefabrication initiative at the new Valley Hospital project, helped develop Torcon’s app and new employee training program, and participates in internal teams aimed at new technology and the company’s culture initiative.

“Sam possesses the focused attitude that has always characterized Torcon’s staff. He has been aggressive in his implementation of new technologies and innovative programs, but always with our clients and our staff in mind,” said Co-President Ben Torcivia, Jr.

“It’s difficult to overstate the impact Sam has had on our organization,” added Co-President Joe Torcivia. “When we started our BIM group, it was our intention to really enhance the services we provide to our clients on their projects. Sam made the most of that opportunity. He not only provides great leadership, but he has also developed an outstanding staff and implemented excellent programs that will be critical to Torcon’s future growth and success.”
