RJWBH Vogel Medical Campus Topping Out Ceremony
Monmouth Medical Center (MMC), an RWJBarnabas Health facility, raised the final beam at the Specialty and Cancer Care Pavilion at the Vogel Medical Campus on October 8th.
Hospital and system leaders, staff, patients, and community partners celebrated the occasion through beam signing events held across Monmouth County.
The Vogel Medical Campus in Tinton Falls, NJ, is currently developing a new 150,000-square-foot, five-story Specialty and Cancer Care Center, set to open in 2026. The center will offer same-day surgery, specialty physician offices, advanced diagnostic imaging, and comprehensive cancer care in partnership with Rutgers Cancer Institute, providing access to cutting-edge treatments like precision medicine, cellular therapies, and clinical trials.
Located on a 36-acre site visible from the Garden State Parkway, the facility is designed to improve access to outpatient services in a serene, park-like setting. Significant site preparation has been completed, including moving 50,000 yards of soil and installing 8,000 feet of drainage piping. The steel framework, consisting of 1,985 pieces and 3,500 tons of steel, is now in place. A beam-signing ceremony marked a key milestone in the project, underscoring the health system’s commitment to enhancing community care in Monmouth County.
