The U. S. Operations Center houses 275 employees across management, administration, commercial operations, manufacturing, and R&D. Under the project, interiors of two buildings were demolished to structure and then completely renovated. The three-story building includes a full-service kitchen and dining facility on the bottom floor with an outdoor dining patio. Most private offices are located at the core, to allow an abundance of sunlight to enter the open landscaped areas. Strategically placed coffee bars are also located along the exterior walls with large seating areas.
