Torcon was Construction Manager for the renovation of a 100,000 SF, four-story office building to create a multi-specialty ambulatory medical facility. The SCC hosts more than one dozen adult health care specialties, diagnostic services, and patient amenities. The Center includes over 100 exam/consultation rooms, procedure rooms, and support labs, accompanied by medical offices and a new canopied entry.  The ground floor features large spaces for imaging and physical therapy and a café.

Torcon’s work also included a complete upgrade of all MEP systems in the building, including three new air handlers, three new elevators relocated to a new location, and a new roof. Additionally, Torcon worked with the New Jersey Department of Transportation to add a new left-hand turn lane and an additional traffic signal on NJ Route 70 to provide Cooper patients with easier access to the premises.
