Torcon’s work also included a complete upgrade of all MEP systems in the building, including three new air handlers, three new elevators relocated to a new location, and a new roof. Additionally, Torcon worked with the New Jersey Department of Transportation to add a new left-hand turn lane and an additional traffic signal on NJ Route 70 to provide Cooper patients with easier access to the premises.
