Torcon has completed upgrades to two office buildings totaling 265,000 SF in Raritan, NJ. The $100M program included the gut renovation of each building, as well as an 8,000 SF addition for a multi-purpose facility dedicated to conferences, trainings, and events.
The 175,000 SF renovation of the first building included two floors for office and meeting spaces, cafeteria and fitness center, and all supporting MEP systems. The 90,000 SF renovation of the second building included three floors for open landscape office and a wide variety of meeting/teams rooms (2, 4, 10-person capacity) with traditional tables and chairs, plus spaces that provide more casual sofa and soft seating.
The project also included a full roof replacement, cafeteria renovation and new kitchen; new health and fitness center, furnished patio space and all new MEP systems.
