The design for the center was developed based on the input of students. Key features include living room-style lounges, a coffee shop, spacious dining areas, fitness and game rooms, and office space. The center also serves the local community through The Duncan Family Sky Room, an event facility offering panoramic views of lower Manhattan across the Hudson River and seating for more than 400 people.
The center features dining facilities on the second and third floors, a fitness facility and game area complete with an Xbox system on the fourth floor, and student activity rooms on the fifth floor where clubs can hold meetings.
The facility is LEED Gold.
