Torcon has been working continuously with Cooper University Health for the past 7 years on CM for a range of projects at the Camden hospital and at remote sites throughout Camden County. One of the earliest projects was providing CM services for a complex renovation in the Keleman Building for an OR suite expansion. The project expanded the OR from seven suites to twelve, including two state-of-the-art robotics suites; a new, larger trauma surgical suite more proximate to elevators; and additional suites for general and orthopedic surgery.

Torcon also completed renovations in orthopedic, general and ENT operating rooms, and created an anesthesia block room. Locker rooms and staff lounges were also expanded.

The Keleman OR Renovation was implemented in phases over a period of more than three years to ensure surgical operations to continue throughout the construction. The work was completed in ten phases with nine enabling projects.
