Torcon was Construction Manager for a headquarters facility on a 55-acre site at Fort Monmouth. The new building is a 278,000 SF, four-story structure featuring a three-story reception area that joins two four-story building wings.

The facility provides headquarters-level executive spaces, including an Executive Briefing Center, Conference and Training Centers, and a full-service dining facility with glass walls and two floors of seating linked to a stone-terraced outdoor area with a waterfall.

Commvault’s headquarters is LEED Certified, with a large green roof outside of the Executive Board Room.

The HQ also provides general office and meeting spaces, as well as employee-focused features such as a 9,000 sq. ft. fitness center, quiet rooms, therapy/mother’s rooms, gaming rooms to promote creativeness, and a cafe on all employee floors. The central atrium features curved-glass curtain walls surrounded by stone-clad walls, wood paneling and metal panels. Cafe provided on all employee floors. An early deliverable for the project was the building’s 13,000 sq. ft. raised-floor data center.
