The latest project in Torcon’s 30 year relationship with Seton Hall is Bethany Hall, a new three-story facility situated near the primary entrance to the South Orange Campus. The new 67,000 sq. ft. building serves as the University’s Welcome Center for new students and is home to the admissions department.
The two-story building provides 67,000 square feet of space for prospective students and their families. The main level’s design is focused on a large events room for 750 people accessible via a lobby that serves as a pre-function and gallery space. These spaces each feature high ceilings, and the event room can be partitioned into three separate spaces.
A second level includes balcony seating for the event rooms, additional offices and meeting rooms for admissions. The building includes a below grade level that serves as an open parking garage for 50 cars.
