This mixed-use development encompasses the construction of distinct residential and commercial buildings on Broad Street, directly adjacent to Temple University’s main campus. Encompassing nearly two city blocks, the complex combines student housing and community-based commercial and entertainment venues.

The residential building is a 12-story, 300,000 sq. ft. structure with more than 1,200 student beds in a variety of shared suite and private room configurations. All rooms include bathrooms and kitchenettes.  Amenities include a large community kitchen with six cook stations and in-room dining; a ground floor lounge with a gaming/activities area; a two-level fitness center on the 8th and 9th floors; and nine study lounges. Built with a poured-in-place concrete structural system, the building features a prefabricated metal panel facade, punched windows, and masonry accents.

The separate 90,000 sq. ft., two story retail and entertainment building includes a 32,000 sq. ft., seven-theater Loew’s movie complex, retail shops and restaurants.
