NJ Division of Taxation Building is certified LEED Gold

The New Jersey Division Taxation Building in Trenton has been certified LEED Gold by the USGBC. The eight-story office building was completed as a build-to-suit by the New Jersey Economic Development Authority, with Torcon as CM. Ballinger provided architecture and MEP/structural engineering services for the 210,000 SF building.
