Kenvue Topping Out Ceremony

On September 17, 2024 Torcon participated in the topping out ceremony along with members of the Kenvue project team, the Jacobs design team, and various trades. Speakers included Angela Blair of Kenvue and Lindsey Yingst of Torcon. B&B Iron and Kenvil are the steel fabricator and erector for this project. 

Torcon is providing CM services for the new 100,000-SF Science and Innovation Lab building featuring curtainwall and CFRC envelope, boilers, chillers, custom AHUs, waste neutralization system, and rainwater collection. The project is targeting LEED Gold.
