Construction Inclusion Week

At Torcon we build more than buildings. We build better communities and people. What makes each one of us different is what makes us all better. We have the power and the responsibility to make a fundamental difference in the world.

Torcon has always been committed to cultivating an inclusive environment where every employee feels valued and is empowered to make a difference. We do our best to ensure our Core Values and Vision are not just words on a page. From our sponsorship and participation in many events within our greater community to our active presence in organizations such as Professional Women in Construction and the Ace Mentorship Program, Torcon, and its employees go above and beyond for our communities.

We are proud of our participation as an Ambassador Sponsor in Construction Inclusion Week, running from October 16th through the 20th. Construction Inclusion Week includes topics such as Commitment and Accountability, Belonging, Supplier Diversity, Workplace Culture, and Community Engagement. This is a great opportunity to show how we embrace Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and also learn what we can do to continue to evolve our own approach. Torcon recognizes that each of us brings unique experiences, knowledge, and strengths to the table. Our ongoing commitment to DEI will assure everyone that they are welcome here and that we value their authentic selves.
