Torcon was established as a general contracting firm in 1965 and remains privately owned.

The company serves clients throughout the New Jersey—Philadelphia region, completing a wide variety of life science, healthcare, institutional and commercial projects. Torcon completed its first project as a Construction Manager in 1974 and within 10 years was one of the top-ranked at-risk CMs in the nation.

Today, Torcon continues to serve customers from its Red Bank, NJ headquarters and a full-service operations office in Philadelphia. Our overall range of operations have encompassed projects throughout the eastern US, in Canada and in Puerto Rico.
