The Bolger Building is also home to The Valley Arrhythmia Institute, the tri-state area’s largest electrophysiology practice; the Center for Cancer Research and Genomic Medicine; and additional research laboratories devoted to the study of cardiac valve disease. Valley’s tissue banks for cardiac and oncology research – which were among the first to be established in the state – are also housed in this building.
The project required the complete removal of all interior finishes, MEP systems, exterior fascia, and soffits. Improvements included extensive site work, new MEP services into the building, and new infrastructure within.
