Torcon was the CM for the new 180,000-SF Princeton University Racquet and Recreation Fieldhouse. This exciting addition to the Princeton University campus, promotes community and campus engagement and a reimagined environment for coaches, students, and staff. In addition to nine indoor tennis and 14 squash courts, the facility includes nine outdoor tennis courts, strength and conditioning spaces, a student fitness center, sports medicine and coaching facilities, and amenity spaces.

In keeping with the University’s goals of creating healthy and vibrant environments, the project includes state-of-the-art sustainability elements and is seeking LEED Gold certification.
