Torcon recently completed the  expansion and fit-out of 166,500 SF pre-engineered metal building for MTF Biologics in Jessup, PA.
The facility includes modular cleanroom units, current Good Tissue Practice (cGTP) and cGMP processing suites (ISO Class 4 through 8 in each) and a microbiology laboratory. Support spaces include packaging and labeling with lyophilization, a freezer farm with dry ice storage spaces, and high-bay warehouse. Administrative office space, donor family meeting facilities, and cafeteria were also  completed as part of the project.
