Torcon Names New Project Executives
Torcon is pleased to announce the promotion of Phil Centineo, Jr. and Ryan Dunn, LEED AP, to Project Executives. Both are long time members of the Torcon staff.
Phil Centineo, Jr. joined the company in 1984. He has been responsible for all Torcon’s work with The Valley Hospital in Ridgewood, New Jersey, for the past twenty years. After overseeing capital upgrades at the main hospital site in Ridgewood and projects at several off-site facilities, Phil is currently completing Valley’s new $650 million replacement hospital in Paramus.
Ryan Dunn is currently in his 20th year with Torcon. Ryan is a LEED Accredited Professional, a credential awarded by the U.S. Green Building Council to distinguish those with advanced knowledge in green building. He has worked extensively on lab and process facility projects, including the world’s largest high containment lab at Fort Detrick. Ryan was also a key member of the team that helped Torcon establish its operations office in Puerto Rico. At this office, Ryan oversaw major pharmaceutical production facility projects for Bristol-Myers Squibb and Johnson & Johnson. He most recently completed a new food processing facility for Do Good Foods in Bucks County, PA, and is leading DGF Consulting Group’s national expansion program.
