2023 College Career Fairs

Torcon will once again participate in fall career fairs at many of the leading colleges and universities in the northeast. Recruiting of engineering students from the nation’s top programs is an essential part of Torcon’s success and is the primary way we identify the company’s future leaders. Each year we recruit for entry level positions and internships, offering meaningful experience on major projects and exposure to a wide range of career options.

Personal introductions made at these career fairs are advantageous for students seeking to interview with Torcon. Please make every effort to visit us at any of these 2023 events.

The deadline for receipt of resumes is October 13, 2023 to be included in this year’s recruiting event. Career fairs are the first step in the project engineer hiring process, which also includes an in person visit to our headquarters office to learn about our company and interviews with members of our staff.
