Our People: The front line of Torcon's project management program is the expertise of our professional staff. Every project undertaken by Torcon receives dedicated top-management attention through the assignment of a senior-level Torcon project executive. Preconstruction and project support services are provided through Torcon's centralized group of specialists. Construction activities are managed by full-service teams on site that include engineers, superintendents and MEP and safety specialists.
The Technology: Another crucial project management strength Torcon employs is the ability of our professionals to adapt innovative project control technology to our clients' projects. We are standardized on Meridian Systems' Prolog Manager, deployed through Prolog Converge, which couples the power and effectiveness of Prolog with the benefits of Internet-based collaboration. In addition to Prolog, Torcon also utilizes Primavera Project Planner and CMic-based financial controls on all projects.
Our BIM department supports all phases of Torcon’s projects with state-of-the-art software such as Revit and Navisworks. These tools are used by Torcon for a range of services, from BIM coordination and clash detection to project planning, schedule optimization and facility maintenance solutions.
All Torcon’s controls are fully supported by dedicated specialists within our organization to assist in issue resolution, customized report writing and training.
