Once again this year, Torcon has made recruiting visits to select college job fairs held during the fall semester. We appreciate the keen interest shown by students and remain impressed by the professionalism and intellect exhibited across the board. These colleges and universities are attracting outstanding young men and women, and are providing them with extraordinary education and career opportunities.
In 2016, Torcon attended career events at Villanova University, Lehigh University, Rutgers University, New Jersey Institute of Technology, Stevens Institute of Technology, The College of New Jersey, Temple University, Drexel University, and Lafayette College
Through this initial step, we will identify potential candidates for internships and full-time engineering positions. Those candidates will be invited to participate in our annual Torcon Day event in November, which provides an orientation to our company and meetings with a diverse group of Torcon staff members.
