Torcon was the Construction Manager for a relocation project for Coty, Inc. The project was designed to integrate all of Coty's North American research and development functions in one location. The 100,000 sq. ft. building was completed gutted and fit-out for Coty. The space included lab and support functions for all Coty product lines including lip, nail and eye products, fragrances and creams. Support spaces included a pilot plant designed for larger sample sizes and manufacturing research and a large area with stability chambers for long term  product testing. A consumer trial area included fragrance testing booths and a full service salon where consumers evaluate products in development. Meeting rooms at the main entrance were specifically designed for vendor discussions and product demonstration. A large multi-purpose room with full AV capabilities serves as a daily meeting space or for full company town hall gatherings. Executive management and support spaces were developed on a second floor mezzanine space. A new 16,000 sq. ft. mezzanine was built for future expansion.
